Matt Giuliano PT, DPT

Matt grew up in Norman, OK, where he first became interested in Physical Therapy during high school, after undergoing therapy for his own injuries. He knew then that he wanted to help people recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their physical performance. Matt pursued his dream of helping others by graduating with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2012.
Matt has developed a vast skill set enabling him to help with any musculoskeletal or joint-related problem through his internship with the Atlanta Braves and now over 11 years of experience as a practitioner. He also has extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation as well as non-operative treatment and management of a multitude of orthopedic conditions.
Matt has lived in Tulsa for many years now and opened this practice in 2016. He loves spending time with his wife, two children, and their black lab. He also enjoys being a hobbyist dabbling in many new adventures such as woodworking and crafting spa products (including bath bombs, shower steamers, and lotion bars).
Leslie Howerton PT, DPT

Leslie grew up in Broken Arrow, OK and graduated from Broken Arrow High School. She has always enjoyed sports, fitness, meeting new people, and learning about the medical field. Exposed to the field of Physical Therapy after rehabilitating a soccer injury, she found that this was a career path that allowed her to combine all of her interests.
Leslie attended the University of Oklahoma, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2017.
Leslie has gained experience in dealing with a broad orthopedic population, from geriatrics to young athletes. She has developed skills in rehabilitating post-operative patients as well as conservative management of injuries or orthopedic conditions, with the ultimate goal always being return to full function and helping patients meet their own goals.
After 5 years at Beyond Mid-Tulsa, Leslie moved South to open the second Beyond clinic in July 2022. She loves working in her hometown community and being near family! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, walking with her two Golden Retrievers, and traveling with her husband.
MacGyver Norris PT, DPT, OCS

MacGyver grew up in Owasso, OK and graduated from Owasso High School. He attended Pittsburg State University, received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center – Tulsa in 2019. MacGyver was named an Albert Schweitzer Fellow while in graduate school and is currently a Fellow for Life. During his time in the fellowship, he worked to develop and implement a community-based program to improve health and fitness in children with leukemia.
With his interests in anatomy and human movement combined with a passion for helping others, MacGyver loves working in physical therapy. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. His skill set includes pre- and post-operative care as well as conservative management of many musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. He enjoys working with individuals to identify musculoskeletal dysfunctions and working to correct them to restore function and return to daily lives.
MacGyver returned to Tulsa in 2016 to continue his education. Since then, he has enjoyed getting more involved in the community and spending time with his family, friends, and Catahoula puppy. His hobbies include running, hiking, and playing sports like soccer, volleyball, and tennis.
Ryan Schwab PT, DPT

Ryan grew up in Broken Arrow, OK, where he graduated high school and played soccer. During this time, he was introduced to physical therapy while rehabilitating from injuries, which inspired him to help others heal and achieve their goals. He decided to become a physical therapist to combine his interest in human movement with his aspiration to help others.
While earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with a Psychology minor from Northeastern State University, Ryan enlisted and served in the United States Army Reserves for 6 years. He then attended the University of Oklahoma’s Health Sciences Center – Tulsa, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
While working at several outpatient clinics, including a U.S. Army clinic at Fort Sill, OK, Ryan gained experience in the conservative and post-operative care of various orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Based on his experience, he developed a patient-centered approach to support his patients in achieving their goals–believing that each patient deserves individualized care.
Ryan currently lives in Broken Arrow, where he loves spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping, as well as guitar and woodworking when he has time.
Zachary Sharp PT, DPT

Growing up in Muldrow, OK (he graduated from Gans High School), Zachary has always been interested in sports, nutrition, and exercise. After taking a college nutrition class that revealed to him the correlation between exercise, diet, and physical therapy, he decided to pursue a physical therapy career.
Zachary attended Oklahoma State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences- Allied Health and a minor in Psychology. He graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center- Tulsa in 2023.
By developing a broad skillset, Zachary is able to treat different patient populations with a wide range of conditions involving neurological, balance, vestibular, and musculoskeletal injuries. He believes incorporating exercise, diet, and appropriate rehabilitation techniques for a given condition are crucial steps to help reach and maintain patient goals.
Zachary has lived in Tulsa for a few years now. He loves spending time with his two dogs, Milo and Link. He enjoys sports, exercising, playing guitar, writing, and watching movies.
