A referral is not required for you to be evaluated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Through Direct Access our physical therapists can assess your needs and provide treatment for up to 30 days. However, some insurance plans do require a referral before treatment can begin. Contact us to discover your insurance plan requirements.

A session lasts about 1 hour. You’ll work with the same physical therapist each time–a Doctor of Physical Therapy who will assess your needs and provide the appropriate treatment to achieve your goals. Treatments may include manual therapy, exercise, pain-relieving modalities, and more depending on your body’s needs. See the Services We Offer page for all the services we provide!

Wear loose-fitting clothes that are not restrictive. Clothing that can be moved or rolled up to expose the injured area is preferred. When in doubt, dress comfortable!

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee.
